Accreditation, Approval, and Regulatory Authority

The Pre-Licensure BSN Program is seeking approval from the Minnesota Board of Nursing (MNBON). Full approval is required before students may be enrolled, and before graduates may be licensed. 

The program is seeking accreditation by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN). Graduation from this program meets the educational requirements to apply for licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). All policies in this handbook are written to ensure compliance with MBON, Minnesota State, and clinical partner requirements.
