Change of Advisor

  • Students wanting to change their major, minor, concentration, or academic advisor should complete the “Undergrad Change of Major/Advisor E-Form” on the Registration and Records website.  Once processed, this information will be updated in our student records system and will be reflected in your e-Services account. You can see your academic advisor assignment on your class schedule or by running a Degree Audit Report (DARS).

Name changes – require official documentation such as a marriage license or court order.

Social Security Numbers – require that you present your original social security card and photo ID.

Address Changes – students may change their permanent and local address information at e-services- account management, addresses.
