Policy

Selection of Unclassified Personnel

The President’s Office shall be responsible for the development of procedures for recruitment, screening and hiring of unclassified personnel in administrative and non-administrative categories, in accordance with Federal and Minnesota Statutes, regulations and Guidelines; the MnSCU Policies, Internal Rules and Operating Policies; the Agreement between MnSCU Board of Trustees and the Inter-Faculty Organization, and MnSCU Board of Trustees and the Minnesota State University Association of Administrative and Service Faculty; and any other personnel plans adopted by MnSCU Board of Trustees.

The Office of the President is responsible for establishing procedures for recruitment, screening, and hiring of unclassified personnel.
