The Affirmative Action Officer develops, monitors, and implements the affirmative action/equal opportunity program of Southwest Minnesota State University. The Affirmative Action Officer serves as a resource, referral, and grievance person for campus employees and students, in any matter dealing with affirmative action, equal opportunity, Title IX, or sexual or racial discrimination/harassment.
